FarmerJawn is a Philadelphia-based farm committed to sustainable agriculture and increasing access to fresh produce in underserved communities. As a community-supported agriculture (CSA) program, the farm’s seasonal success depends on converting customers into long-term members before harvest season begins.
During my internship, I developed and executed creative campaigns designed to increase CSA awareness, educate potential customers, and drive pre-season membership sales. I created two campaign systems: an educational content series that transformed agricultural facts into engaging social storytelling, and a giveaway activation that incentivized community participation and increased brand visibility. I also managed the email newsletters sent bi-weekly.
Through strategic messaging, visual storytelling, and consistent brand expression across social platforms, the campaigns helped generate $22K+ in pre-season CSA sales and increased social engagement by 340%.
